Habits that I've broken over the years and would like to get back into:
Being courteous and thankful often, especially to those people I take for granted
Talking more with friends, classmates, coworkers and really listening
Being patient with myself and others
Taking lots of pictures of friends and family
Being diligent about cleaning up after myself
No drinking Soda Pop
Taking it easy on the alcohol consumption
Making healthy diet choices
Doing yoga at least weekly
Going to sleep without the need for the TV to be on
Writing creatively, for fun, not for school
Reading more, for fun, not for school
Crafting more/spending more time being creative
Being fearless and trying new things
Slowing down and enjoying each day
Enjoying the down time
